Solved or xml maybe? Shortened questlog with states

Hello. I remember that I saw somewhere something like this:

<missionstate id="0-69" description="You already hunted |STATE|/70 water elementals."/>

but it doesn't work on my server returning invalid state

I know that's possible - it's reason why |STATE| exist(I have replacestring for that in sources), but I don't know how to use many states at once as on example above

EDIT: Nevermind, amount should start from 1 instead of 0, solved.
