Oriental Addon 2nd Part bugged.

As the title states the second Oriental addon part is bugged i said HI to razan and outfit,task etc he doesn't reply to anything that wiki tells you to say really annoying try n fix please :)
 
It's not like that way, and isn't bugged.

You have to ask for first/second addon to Razan for obtain the addons if you got the required items.
