OT Client Install Error

Hello
When i want install newest otclient from this threat OTClient builds (Windows) i got error :
Unable to find work directory, the appication cannot be initialized.

It is not installator, it is compiled exe.
Download source from girhub drop there downloaded exe, download all dlls needed amd it will be working.
Dlls can be found somewhere on the forum.
