Ot doesn't save...

Greetings, I've got a problem. When playnig it's ok, but soon as someone log of the ot theyr characters get reseted to the start level. For example if I make a character, and play for 1h and log of. I'll be back on level 8 with no items or anything.

The "cmd" says "Fail to save (the character name)."

What's wrong? What can i do to change it?
