(OT) Marijuana Land Hunting Spawns

Alright so basically I need some ideas for custom monsters, and spawn and spell ideas for a fun server about marijuana; lulz..

I imagine a few would be:
Pot Head (Monster)
The Cloud of smoke (spell)
THC (Monster)

What are some you could come up with?

Failure. A monster that has 100% pro everything is blocking a donator item. People will try to get it and since it's a 1 sqm passage, they have to own the monster first, but can't. So they must die...a slow painful (mentally) death, as this monster has the skills of a rat. So they remove all their EQ, and still are only getting hit 1-3 hp every 2 seconds. What a true...failure. The player, not the monster.
