Tente denovo agora, se não conseguir iniciar o servidor significa que tem alguma problema com seu servidor de DNS.

No caso seria só apertar Y mesmo e dar enter.
Mas ele nao conseguiu se conectar ao servidor para verificar versão.
Ta liberado no firewall?
