Windows OT Restarter

What do you guys use to restart your OT when it crashes?

Just a OT restarter (thats how its named lol)
But there isn't a good restarter on this forum as far as I know.

It only restarts when the server crashed entirely. Not when a message pops up with "forgetten server isn't responding"

I'm using 'RestartOnCrash', it's a software that execute a .exe when its closed.
