OT Server 8.6 login issue

Well i need help trying to get my friend on my ot and i get this issue when i use my ip i enter account info and i see my character list but when i select my character it rejects my connection but when i do it on local host i can login and my ports are open dont know why this happened

Port 7171 is open, port 7172 seems to be locked.

In your config.lua do you have the ip of your server ?

well all i see is the character list now so i think its port 7172 but dont know y i opened it
