Ot server for me and my friends

After I've downloaded all the different servers, clients, maps, websites for days now, all sorts of additional programs, etc. and still can't get it together to make it run i'm asking for help to get the whole thing to run i'm paying for it too the main thing is my friends and i can finally play on our own ot thanks

To create an server for tibia you need:
Apache + MYSQL
(Website + Database)
I recommend XAMPP

Server (You can use the default tfs 1.4 10.98)

You need to download the Tibia.SPR and Tibia.DAT from Tibia 10.98 Client and put in your otclient folder
You need to create an database 127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin (with xampp)
You need a website (Znote AAC)

Configure Server config.lua, website config.php to the database that u made with xampp
And you can start server and open client
