Please someone help me

I'm attempting to open an ot server, I already have downloaded the map an also have already changed the stats (exp,skills,loot)but I cant open the map because it seems that I need some specific software so please help me

I dont think so how can i downoload it??

ia have the .exe but i dont need to open html code i need to open the map to be able to play on it and search for bugs how can i do??
