Windows OTB Editor 7.72

Hi there.

Im using the TFS 0.4 version 7.72 of evulmastah.
Im trying to add new items, but without success.
There are so much topics of help with OTB Editor of this version, but nothing solved.
Anyone help me please.

Don't works, when I put the files tibia.dat and tibia.spr of 7.72 client on otitemeditor folder and open the program, it says:
Error while loading client's tibia.dat
Error while loading client's tibia.spr
