Otbm not recognizing items on map?

i'm having this problem with my map that the Otbm loader isnt recognizing the item and i've had this problem before and i was wondering if its my items.xml or the map editor that needs to be fix. Heres the picture of wat i mean:

Your items.otb is probably to blame

Or used version rme 1.1.10

i no wat to do wen i need to change it so i can use version 1.1.10 but it keep saying unsupported client version when i changed it 2 8.54
so i don't no wat do to
