OTClient Black/Dark Theme Layout for free!!!

OTC always run "slow" to me.. its like the walking jumps (fps are always more than 60), some animations like blue shimer or green are really really slow. Also some outfits just slide over the map without movement.
I've always wanted to test the OTC for a real otserver, but doesnt work that good atm.
 
how do I change it? can someone explain me sorry I'm very new
