Hello, use msvc15, I updated the wiki-page and also my github repository with all files you need in order to compile.

compilation on mscv17 goes well only wants to implement dx9 environment including compilation needed codeblocks looks:SHUt your play!

Just use msvc15, I added all the information you need, also my github repo with the libraries to compile it with DirectX.
