[OTClient] Compiling Issues - libvorbis

I did not want to make this thread because I've been trying really hard to look for the solution, but this is the first time I've encountered this error and, since I'm in a brand new computer, not sure what the problem is.

I'm running Ubuntu 20.4, newest version.
I get this error when I try to compile OTClient following every step from:

OTClient Problems compiling on Ubuntu 20
