OTClient problem in VPS login

Hello all, i have problem with OTC in MazeOTS server. I purchased a VPS Windows server from OVHcloud to host a character on Cavebot. When I try to log in to the character, I get the error below:

Everything works fine on my personal computer. Anyone can help?
