i know its declared in lib i want npc answer only if you say Hay or other word but only ne npc must react on this keyword other npcs normal hi in libs help me plx

i dont want examples npc i know it but there anythng to my problem i want say something other wordf to one npc than hi and then npc say something other npc react on hi then lib files not
