Hey everyone, a noob question for you.

What exactly are these flags located here:

How do I utilize them?

Check the groups-table inside your database.
The flags basically say what level of access each group has.

You can create your on groups as well.
Groups can be: players, gamemasters, god, tutor, etc.

For example, you maybe want GMs to be able to make rule violation reports. Then you add that group flag number to the total of the group value. You just keep adding the values of all flags you want.
