I just wodner why otland is lagging sometimes?

And it was offline today i think, i couldn't enter it ;o

Getting pinged? hahaha.

Do you even know what ping is? It doesn't work to get down a website using ping.

Ping is being used to check if something is responding. For an example, ping 192.168.0.2

If its available, it will respond, otherwise it will timeout.

DDoS and pings are two different things.
