A friend of me donated to my OTLand account since 44 hours, I didn't receive my account upgrade yet and I cannot see premium board or even name change. It is first time for me to donate to OTLand can someone tell me the exact issues? Why my premium delayed? I heard that premium should be done instant as soon as the payment is completed.
