@up take the screen and then paste it in paint, delete the useless parts then put it in the corner and save it as PNG then upload it at TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting and paste it here writing before the image and [./img] after it without the dot ofcourse ;)
