Delete system32, re-install windows and then try simone's map editor. Worked for me.

Try CTRL + * or CTRL + / on your numpad

Didn't work for me too
i also reinstalled OtMapEditor and still nothing works for me
maybe i should change program to Remere's map editor
in remere's evertything works fine
