Since ForgottenL is down I'm searching for some good high exp servers... but the most are boring or just pay 2 win

So do you know some high exp OTs with balanced spells, nice quests, active staff and many ppl? (50++)

If you know just leave a comment here please Btw: I dont care which version... just 8.xx to 9.xx
