OTX Server 4

Hi all! i have a question about OTX 4, what VStudio version should i use? i'm tried with vs15 and v19 both of them gave me a v141 build tools error any advice? OTX is better than TFS?

As I can find on its Github wiki you need Visual Studio 2015.

TFS is most stable and has best performance.
OTX is heavily modified with so many systems/custom scripts which might make it unstable (never used it), You can check the changelog to know what's new.
