TFS 0.X [OTX2 8.6] Elo Buff, Gain a skill buff per storage

Well, as it says in the title, I would like a buff that the player would get every time they log in if they have X amount of storage, I tried to do the script with the onLogin function, but there were times that it worked and others that didn't when logging in to the character.
(It needs to be an ML buff and not just gain the ML skill, since if he dies he could lose it.)

0 of ML having 0 of storage 848484
1 of ML having 5 to 10 of storage 848484
2 ML having 15 or more from storage 848484

I looked for something similar on the forum and didn't find it, if you can help me or at least point me in the direction somehow.

its okay if it can be done like a normal spell too, i cannot do it properly, everytime i think i got it my character gets poison instead of ML buff.. its so frustrating
