[OTXServer 2.83 - (7.60)] Huge Problem with Houses

Hey Guys,
My problem is that everytime im trying to buy a house it gives me that error message.
Also when i look at a door it dont say what house it is etc just as God [House:3]
I am using:
Remeres Map Editor 2.2
OTXServer 2.83

I also tried to change the Client Version to 8.0 but then my server gets crashed while loading the map.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Edit: It kinda takes years to load the map
