Outfit Monster By using a items

I want these items are capable of giving a Monster Outfit.

My Problems is . I Not Know what is the Script for those.

example:

is possible that using an item X you can give a monster oufit but like this <outfit id="28" premium="yes">
gender="0-3" <list lookType="194" name="Cult"/>
