own client

I started searching for a few hours now on google and otland but find nothing about to make a own client 8.6
can someone tell me more? I only want to know how to start tibia without ip changer, so the ip is already in the client.
I already know how to edit the items, str, pics and other

You could try to edit the client with a hex editor by deleting several Tibia's domain-names to add your own domain-name or IP, it's not the easiest thing to do if you are unfamiliar with it, but you will gain experience from it and it might be useful in the future. Just search Google or Otland to find tutorial or other explanations to do this, if of course you want to put some time and energy into it, like the rest of us
