get level 15 rapidly at trolls in thais, then go to fibula rots
 
10-10 Frag, i was there yesterday, 700 exp an hour. Too much botters. Warning. Too much botters!
 
If you only got 30/30 in skills I would tell you to take a knife/hand axe(or a sucky ass axe) / club and go with full def or half def/atk to trolls over 1 night and you'll get exp, skills, magic level and money :) After that you can probably bot Rotworms because your skills will be g00di3
