!pacc doesnt work wtf .

hello, i have a 0.3.6 , 8.54 server.

I had !pacc a while ago to get premium, now all of a sudden it doesnt work, cant find it in talkactions.xml or the scripts, tried downloading several servers and it's not there either. how do i fix this mess?
