I'm in need of a built-in proxy script that works 100% on version 0.4 rev 3777.

There is this script here in the forum, however it is in version 1.3:
Feature - Embedded proxy in your server.

Would you be able to create one from 0 or make the above script run 100% on source 0.4 rev 3777?
