[Paid] Setting up a server/website/client.

This is a paid job.

I am bored, and back after so many years due to nostalgia.
But I am out off touch, and i'd like to run a server mostly for fun and game preservation sake but need some help setting it up.

What I look for is :

• Old UI skin for OTClient
• Old RL map, one that replicates Tibia as much as possible, but in a good working stable condition.
• Website, It's a + if it replicates old Tibia.
