Paladin's speed spell.

Utamo tempo san here isn't like rl tibia. SPeed is lower than other voc speed. I can't shoot mw, cast spells only healing but i can't shoot like exevo mas san i could shoot it(but couldn't shoot by attack normal and that's okay but can't do anything else). Please look at it!

You should not be able to use spells nor runes during the time you have "utamo tempo san" active.

It's okay that u can't shoot offense spells but mw u could shoot+ I'm sure it's not +80% of speed.

If you use swiftfoot you can use healing spells/potions. But u cant attack ppl or shot any runes such as Magic Wall.
