Anyone know what its about?
 
Players have claimed that their parcel got bugged and blamed CipSoft. They either spelled the player's name incorrectly and started freaking out thinking they lost their items or just want to get free items from CipSoft.

Another thing it can mean is a parcel bug, as an insect. A parcel bug can be in the mission for What A Foolish quest. (http://tibia.wikia.com/wiki/Parcel_Bugs)
