Parcels and letters not received

Hello, I'm making a new server full custom, but the parcels and letters are not received in test characters. The city is "Axium city" and the char is "sorcerer", then I write in the label "Sorcerer"[enter] "Axium City" and put the parcel in mail, the parcel dissapears but with the other character don't receive any package. Someone can help me?

Have you set up the town with the name in Remere's Map Editor?

you must give good id parcel in libs

As Evan said, make sure you've set the depot id's to the correct town ID via map editor.

You should set towns in CTRL + T, and also add the town to each locker, with right-click > propierties.
Also you can look at sources just in const.h and look that parcels ids isnt messed up.
