What is paypal_process.php?

This file doesnt exist in znote.

I cant get the paypal to work on znote 1.5, Can you get pay pal to work on znote 1.5? I found sources online that completes all step but after the transaction is approved and processed with paypal I return to the main the website of mine and get the error and the coins do not enter. I have these under my databaes in the character's info executed
