Paygol issue?

I have someone donate and say they didnt recive a confirmation msg but i got .40 cents from that person and they said it charged them full price
Im confused help anyone?

haha no worries i was just as confused when i first started using PayGol.

Well the sad thing is that we will only be getting 40 cents from countries like venezuela and such due to the phone companies down there taking a large percentage or something like that.

It actually shows how much we will receive from each country if you go to the Coverage and Payouts tab on the PayGol website.

So they are infact paying the full price, we are just receiving a small percentage of it

Haha well think of it this way. Normally they wouldn't be able to donate at all. This way those players are more excited about playing!

On your side instead of geting $0 from them atleast you are making something. It will add up

and u need wait a lot for receive the cash, im waiting atleast 2 months for 54 euros and still waiting

Certain countries give shitty payoffs. You can disable those countries.
You should be able to look into "znote_paygol" table in the database to see a log of who have purchased points with paygol.
If people have donated with it, but havent received points then something is weird. (It means paygol isn't contacting your IPN file).
