Complaint Payment for VIP on OTLand

Hello,

I'm trying to pay a VIP acc here on OTLand, but can't do this by PayPal.

I'm Brazilian, I have an international credit card, already bought hundreds of items on the internet trough it, but never used paypal

I've tried to pay a VIP, I've created a new account, but now they want to confirm that the card is mine, and it may take a week or so... Crap, I want to be VIP as fast as possible, I have the money but not the means to pay, there's any other solution for paying VIP?

And now that I've tried to link my card to an account, I can't use it without logging in, they recline the card saying that I can't use that card. It has credits, but it's reclined anyway.

You don't have to add a credit card to your account in case to pay through paypal if I am not mistaken. I've bought many premium memberships on Otland in the past and none of my paypal accounts had any credit card registered.

Your PayPal is locked, you can't do anything with it.

Indeed with Delirium. To purchase for a premium donation to OTLand, you do not have to sign in to any account.
It's a unregisted setup, so you can purchase without being a member with a verifyed credit card.

First I tried to pay without loggin in

When I put on my datas and try to pass to the next step "review order and continue", I get this message:

"The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number"

So I've logged in on my paypal account and tried again, I've put my datas, I even was able to get to the second step "review", but when I clicked on Purchase I receive that message of card confirmation

The funny is that they debited 2 dollars to verify that the card is mine, but I can't pay 9 for what I want...

Well, nevermind, I'll see what I'm gonna do...

One if these cases may be the cause of your problem:

• Credit Card is linked or associated with a PayPal account.
• Credit Card was previously used in a PayPal account or assigned in a closed PayPal account.
• PayPal limit on non-member credit card usage
• Credit Card or email address raises an error flag in the transaction
• Cookies problem
• Credit Card is not confirmed in some account

Just confirmed my credit card, changed password and security questions! I have called my credit card agency and they gave me informations after like 30 min in the phone...

Now lets try to buy...

This is NOT OTLands foult. This is a very easy "error"

PayPals automatic security has been locking your account since someone else then you use that account and is probably not from the same country as you are.

So, anyway, the point is... There should be an alternative mean of paying, instead of paypal
