Selling Paypal Account (balance 300 euros) Limited

hello cause am from egypt i was have paypal account business type in canada but i got a limit there paypal account have 300 euro balance i could sell it for some one from canada for 200 euros (wire bank transfer - WU)

i can't remove the limit cause they ask for linked a bank account and a location approve i just put the idea here if some one would suggest cause if there is no way so i will lose money then

i dont know ? it could be ?? but i no need wait 6 months !! if some one help me to remove the limit i will pay 100 euro for him if some one want to buy it i will sell it for 200 euros
