Paypal dont add points to the accounts

Hello i have added paypal today and everything works i get the money they get email and so on but it dosnt add points why?

Enable ipn means that someone can buy without needed to wait for your approve/accept. Or else you need approve the payments. IPN enable is auto approve what I know. He still can chargeback even if IPN are off or on.

If you are Using WINDOWS SERVER 2008 or Linux, try to change in the script where's

 "Localhost"--- Leave at Localhost

to

 "127.0.0.1" --- Leave at localhost

I had errors in mysql database and fixed them changing it!
