Paypal IPN changes?

Hello Otland,

I am wondering, as of recently, has Paypal changed their model so that only the business account can use their IPN services? If so, is there any alternatives that have been made available other than the IPN api for the purpose of TFS shop systems?

Business (merchant) accounts are free anyone can sign up for one.

they no longer support normal www.. it has to be https in your files that respond to donations... running into this issue currently
