click resolve, you need to prove who you are by adding photos of bank statements, address, etc
 
As up said. Although its long and tedius.. Once its done, you will most likely be fine for the rest of you paypal career.. Ots worth it + helps protect your account more

Well best thing is to get your mates details all handy- and phon them
 
You need to add information like social security number, legit name & address, provide proof of credit card.. etc
 
If it's your friend then just ask him to give you a hand with it..
