Paypal Limited - alternative?

Hello,
today I received 3 donations and paypal limited my account - that means I cant withdraw that money. I browsed some web and found out that it can take ages to get my account unlimited.

Can I get limited if I use business paypal account and Buy Now button? Or are there any other alternatives for paypal? What about google checkout?
