PHP PayPal with Cloudflare

How can I fix that I do not get points when buying points through the shop?

My Cloudflare settings:

• Flexible
• Proxied

All my ipn settings and settings in config.php are 100% correct.

PayPal setting are also correct, ran a few tests.

I get "success" on PayPal with code "HTTP - 200", but no entries in database under "znote_paypal".

This did not work, it seems like utf-8 is default anyway?

Turn off what?
If you mean the Cloudflare service, then I have no SSL and then Paypal will not work at all.
Paypal require SSL.

I get this error with setting "Full" for encryption (end-to-end) in Cloudflare.
Why?

If you are using cloudflare purely for SSL purposes, I would suggest looking elsewhere... xD

There are plenty of better free alternatives.

However, to solve this issue, as Gesior said, please post your URL as we can resolve from there.
