Hello
--i just have created my paypal account and i confirm my email address but i didn't enter any bank data or credit card data because i just need to receive money and deposit it on my paypal not withdraw or transfer but if someone paid for me it just show him this error

someone told me you have to accept the payment but i cant find any place in my paypal account to accept his payment ..
i wish quick help
