I haven't used this option, since I haven't been scammed yet, so I don't know which button on which window you have to press, but yes, paypal offers charge back option. I think you have to go to your transaction(view transaction or smth) and there you will find that option( I may be wrong though). However, why the fuck is paypal support made for? Just e-mail them and you will get ur answer. Asking it on open tibia forum is not the wisest thing to do...
