My server was just banned from the list without spoofing in any way. Players who are not active get kicked from the game, players with auto-relog are banned.
The server does count x-logged players because the code to not count them can be exploited. They get kicked normally by the server, and the variables around kick time are default, as well as idle.lua.
Please unban the server.
