PC freeze

Hi, em so a few minutes ago my pc just crashed out of the blue and so I restarted it but when it logs in it just loads up 2 programs, power iso and amd catalyst control center and after 10 seconds everything freezes and I can't do anything :(. I know nothing about computers so I thought it would be best if I asked you guys.
Also, I'm writing from my ipod so sorry if there's alot of spelling errors.
 
Hence the freeze part, it might be either the RAM or your CPU, if it's a screen freeze it might also mean it's a GPU faulty problem.

Hos svould I put this, it freezea whwn it's loading like it's not a full freeze but it just loads forever. I waited 20 mins and nothing happend :s

I am not quite sure mate, it could be many things.

If the windows isn't loading until now it might be windows folder faulty.

If the windows is starting up but you see many freezes it's probably your RAM or HDD not being in their position correctly.

Try opening the case...
 
DO NOT OPEN THE CASEEE!!!!! You might fry your system. Unless you are properly grounded!!! Imo, take it to a computer store and have them see if they can identify the problem for you (not fix it unless you are willing to pay because normally they will see what the problem is for free) and go from there. I personally think it could be a trojan that installed in the background and is eating your entire computer resources unless you got alot of programs that start up when you turn your pc on. What is your computer specs, that way we'd know if it's physical or logical.
 
When I start my pc now it's black like, it come "welcome" the. when it fades away I see a black screen with only my mouse on it
 
Try formatting your computer
A format fixes almost any problem a computer can have if its not hardware-related

Just don't forget to backup ;)
