How do I range ban someone from Pear Guardian 2?

15.625.234.23

Go to your IP-Ban lists:
Name: Crasher
Start IP: 15.625.0.0
End IP: 15.625.255.255

if you want to ban the WHOLE range (NOT recommend you could ban up to 50000 people) then you have to use a whois protocol, better do that what I've said above.
