PeerGuardian blocked attack from CipSoft?

Hello!

My server computer have PeerGuardian installed. When I was fixing stuff on the server, I noticed that PeerGuardian was blocking several attacks from an IP, and the name was "CipSoft"

Normally I do not care when PeerGuardian blocks something, but this was interesting... I looked up the IP on several tracing website.

I found out that the IP was from a dedicated server hosting company, and according to them, CipSoft was renting that dedicated server.

So what is this lol? Anyone got any idea?

Btw, this was what PeerGuardian showed me:

I was not playing Tibia at that time or anything... I was not surfing either.. I was just coding lol
It is not the IP of www.tibia.com either... And I was not even on their website.. I dont get this shit lol
If I enter their website and block stuff from there, PeerGuardian shows another IP and CipSoft GmbH not just CipSoft :/

A few players in tibia have been unable to login to tibia, due DDoS's attacks. They might think it was you =O
